Regional Product Development Director
This role leads the development of innovative products at a regional level, driving growth and competitiveness for Chubb in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and introduce new products, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to drive business results.
- Oversee the development of product questionnaires, business rules, and technical products, ensuring alignment with Chubb's overall strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and ensure Chubb's products remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product portfolio, including bundled and standalone offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product development and introduction in the Latin American market.
- Strong entrepreneurial track record and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus.
