Key Role: Smart Product Strategist

This pivotal role oversees the entire product lifecycle of smart SoC products, from conceptualization to launch, growth, and eventual phase-out. The key objective is to ensure the products remain competitive in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with local sales teams and distributors to promote smart SoC products, expand the customer base, and drive significant sales growth.
  • Evaluate customers' project requirements, prepare proposals with the sales team, and design winning projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, including evaluation, development, NPI, MP, EOL management, and training for local sales and distributors.
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitor insights; define requirements for new products to fit market needs; analyze performance and cost competitiveness.
  • Support sales managers on major customers or key projects, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to build and maintain partner relationships.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, electronics, computer science, or related majors.
  • Familiarity with SoCs (Qualcomm, MTK, NXP, Nvidia, Rockchip, TI, Broadcom); experience in SoC-based mobile phones, tablet computers, SBCs, and various cellular communication IoT devices.
  • Experience with ODM in the IoT industry is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel in LATAM countries.
  • Minimum 3 years of software or hardware development experience.
  • More than 3 years of project or product management experience.
