Director of Strategic Partnerships for LATAM

About the Role:

The Director of Strategic Partnerships for LATAM will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances with regional and local partners in the hospitality and travel industry. This includes defining and executing a partnership roadmap aligned with the company's global trade management (GTM) strategy in LATAM, identifying co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the ecosystem, and collaborating with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners in the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with the company's GTM strategy in LATAM.
  • Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements.
  • Represent the company in industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to engage partners at all levels.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Ability to identify, pitch, and convert strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
