Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement training programs that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mapping job roles and team competencies to identify and design effective training actions.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the creation and implementation of performance evaluation systems and career progression frameworks.
- Conduct performance assessments, providing constructive feedback and fostering open communication.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, recognition, and motivation.
- Implement initiatives focused on employee well-being and quality of life.
- Experience in training with an international background.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
- Proactivity, time management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Additional certifications or training in human resources, adult education, or organizational development.
Work Location
The ideal candidate will be based in São Paulo, Brazil, and be willing to work on-site.
