About the Role:
The Training and Development Analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing training initiatives that cater to the needs of our employees. This includes developing and executing strategies to enhance employee appreciation, development, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map job and team competencies to identify effective training programs
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and compensation structures
- Conduct performance and competency evaluations, delivering feedback to foster an open environment
- Promote technical training and personal development initiatives
- Organize employee integration events and develop strategies to enhance satisfaction and motivation
- Implement actions focused on employee well-being and continuous improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and reporting
- Diagnose individual and team development needs and design appropriate training interventions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- Solid knowledge of human resources subsystems
