We are seeking a skilled IT professional to play a key role in supporting global IT infrastructure projects.
As an IT Specialist, you will provide advanced technical support and ensure high service quality for our business.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with local business areas and other functions, supporting initiatives from global corporate IT teams and strategic business units (SBUs).
- Support and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, both local and global, working in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users in offices and plants, assisting in the efficient use of IT tools and systems.
- Act as Level 3 support for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring service continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in the area.
- Advanced English language skills for working with international teams.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL / Oracle), Computer Networks (LAN / WAN), and Information Security.
