Job Role Overview

We are seeking a senior business professional to drive commercial growth in our designated sales regions.

  • To identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities within assigned areas, developing tailored strategies and targets for each market.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of monitoring plans and continuous assessment of business development progress.
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to guarantee success on competitive bids.
  • Early identification, tracking, and securing necessary conditions for successful bid execution.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in process instrumentation and have experience in sales, marketing, projects, or service.

Key responsibilities include:

Commercial Development
  • Develop strategic initiatives by identifying and reporting on market opportunities within designated sales centers.
  • Collaborate with the Production Center team to approach prospective OEM customers and focus industries.
Support to Sales Centers
  • Coordinate and execute training programs and events, both online and face-to-face.
  • Assist with technical product and industry training, as well as new product launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering or Business Administration).
  • Expert knowledge of customer processes and industry standards.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.

  • Good market and competitor understanding.
