Job Title: Fintech Partnership Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to drive our fintech partnership strategy in Latin America.
This role will involve managing daily partner relationships, supporting new payment channel initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain banking relationships across Latin America to drive regional growth for our digital payment services.
- Identify, onboard, and sustain new card channels and payment partnerships (card organizations, insurers, third-party providers) in the Latin American market.
- Coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
- Research and analyze jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America to inform market entry strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
- Provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
- Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
- A good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also essential.
- Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
