Market Access Specialist Role

The Market Access Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships between private companies and public bodies in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and analysis of public tenders opened by the government for product acquisition.
  • Qualification and monitoring of tender processes.
  • Development of cost assessments.
  • Preparation and monitoring of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Verification and monitoring of company tax compliance to ensure eligibility for participation in tenders and contractual agreements.
  • Registration and updating of records on platforms used to carry out tenders.
  • Monitoring of quotations, reference values, market value parameters through price banks.
  • Execution and monitoring of all necessary procedures for competition.
  • Maintenance of signed contracts.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in administration, business administration, law, engineering, accounting or similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation relevant to tender processes.
  • Experience with public administration, public resources, contracts, and administrative routine.
  • Strong knowledge of bureaucracy in all tender modalities.
  • Basic legal and commercial competence.
  • Ability to monitor market information and share with cross-functional areas.
