Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to business leaders, driving financial performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies, analyzing complex financial data, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and optimize performance.

In addition, you will work closely with the finance team to identify financial risks and opportunities, provide recommendations to optimize performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CMA, MBA, or similar is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, and proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering strategic insights.
  • Collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence and work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
