- Build strong merchant relationships, navigating internal stakeholders to align with external parties.
- Provide strategic advice to influence global payments strategies for enterprise companies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate merchant needs, impacting product innovation and development.
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- High-energy, dynamic self-starter with commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about leading strategic conversations and presenting business reviews.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and help reach client goals.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across departments.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Enterprise Accounts.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the São Paulo office is required.
- Domestic and international travel required.
