As a Partner Account Manager, you will represent Kaspersky to the Channel and communicate our strategy and vision. You will serve as a single point of entry for any business-related questions and needs, advocating for our partners within Kaspersky. Your core accountability will be landing renewal sales through managed partners' portfolios, developing new business, and recruiting new managed partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of managed partners to ensure revenue targets are met;
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, maintaining established rhythms of business;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for all levels and roles within partner organizations;
  • Align partner strategies with regional sales and development strategies;
  • Ensure partner management is compliant with Kaspersky's business policies and channel rules of engagement;
  • Connect Kaspersky's partner community with regional teams to drive partner satisfaction;
  • Advocate for partners within Kaspersky.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and find new managed partners to work with;
  • Maintain renewal rates and execute on partner enablement and growth engines;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within managed partners' portfolios;
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products, features, and sales skills;
  • Encourage managed partners to utilize all available partner program features;
  • Review SMB customer opportunities and accelerate deal closure using available resources;
  • Coordinate company activities with partners, including trainings, marketing activities, and executive briefings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or channel management, sales, or business development in the software industry;
  • Proven track record of achievement against quota;
  • Reasonable level of technical proficiency;
  • Inclusive and collaborative mindset, driving teamwork and cross-team alignment;
  • Strong partner relationship management skills;
  • Proactivity and self-motivation, acting without being told what to do and bringing new ideas to the team;
  • Strong executive presence, including communication and presentation skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations;
  • Experience working with security solutions is an advantage;
  • CRM knowledge is preferred;
  • Power BI knowledge is preferred.
