This role focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships with key clients across various sectors of their accounts. The ideal candidate will develop account management capabilities through a combination of hands-on approach, relationship building, and enablement.
The goal is to deliver exceptional performance from account expansion, leveraging the partner's strengths to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account management strategies for existing high-profile partners.
- Balance time and resources to maximize impact and performance through a combination of hands-on work, scaled operations, and 1-to-many enablement.
- Collaborate with partners, partner managers, success managers, and other stakeholders.
- Track, report, and optimize partnership account management practices, identifying issues, assessing solutions, and executing them.
- Owning partner portfolio expansion targets and delivering results.
- Providing support to partners as needed, including guidance on sales calls to close opportunities.
- 5+ years experience in SaaS Account Management.
- English & Spanish fluency required.
- Proven track record in handling Enterprise sales and account management.
- Experience managing Channel Partners/ Resellers.
- Superb multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong sales background with a history of closing opportunities.
- Experienced negotiator with high closing rates.
- Account and quota planning expertise.
- Ability to take projects from start to finish.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a winning approach.
- Experience in the LATAM market, preferably doing business in Mexico.
- Willingness to travel as required.
