Job Summary:

The Sales and Business Development Leader is responsible for driving market growth, analyzing customer needs, and developing sales strategies based on market conditions.

This role involves managing overseas order negotiations, contracting, and execution to ensure sales targets are met. The successful candidate will also lead quotations, coordinate internal production resources, and maintain business relationships with customers.

Maintaining expert product knowledge and providing consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence are crucial aspects of this role. Attending international exhibitions to promote company branding and products is also an essential responsibility.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of experience in new energy industry business development or sales. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are required, as well as motivation, logical organization, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Adaptability to frequent travel and performing well under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
