Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our 3PL partners network, ensuring seamless delivery experiences for customers across the board.

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with 3PL partners within the region.
  • Enhance partners' operational capabilities through tailored training and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to optimize processes and products used by 3PL companies.
  • Work with the operations team to develop and implement rewards and penalties systems for 3PL, managing them on a day-to-day basis to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee partner and region performance to drive rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant experience in areas such as rider growth and partner management.
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the rider and 3PL market trends, as well as best practices.
