
Customer Account Strategist

This key role is focused on developing and executing strategies to manage major customer accounts. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective account planning, negotiation, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Strategy Development: Create and present proposals aligned with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate internal functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Sales Forecasting and Portfolio Management: Build and manage sales forecasts, identify opportunities for growth, and oversee customer portfolios.
- Account Planning and Negotiation: Lead account planning for major clients, manage BID negotiations, and identify new project opportunities to drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish required, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience: Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry (Meat), with a strong understanding of market trends.
- Leadership and Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects, focusing on delivery and results.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines effectively.
