About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico's telecom operator market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, have prior sales experience in the telecommunications sector, and be ready to relocate to Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development for wired communication and digital set-top box products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at telecom operators
  • Act as the primary contact for product discussions, contract negotiations, and customer support
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships in the telecom sector
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong business negotiation capabilities in both languages
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Electronics, or related engineering fields)
  • Proven sales experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with telecom operators
  • Knowledge of wired communication products and digital set-top box solutions
  • Experience working with organizations specializing in communication products for telecom operators
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience
