Founded in 2015, our company has developed a proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials, addressing the traditional challenges of clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY, we are a passionate team of change-makers seeking a talented individual to join us as a Brazil Hematology Oncology Business Development Specialist.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced business development specialist to focus on our clinical trial enrollment services and build relationships with hematologists and oncologists in Brazil. As a key member of our Provider Engagement team, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing a network of providers, including physicians, patient advocacy groups, and hospitals. Your primary objective will be to identify and support strategic partnership opportunities for Massive Bio to expand its operations in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage a provider network to build patient identification channels, including but not limited to individual physicians, patient advocacy groups, physician associations, boutique CROs, hospitals/health systems, well-established CROs, insurance companies, and NGS labs.
  • Identify and support agreements for potential strategic partnership opportunities for Massive Bio to expand its operations in Brazil.
  • Promote and present the services of Massive Bio to the provider network and follow up on the processes regularly.
  • Foster strong relationships with hematologists and oncologists in Brazil to encourage referrals of patients for clinical trials.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in hematology/oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies, labs, or biotech.
  • An extensive network of hematologists and oncologists.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and the healthcare system.
  • The ability to travel to hematologist's/oncologist's offices and hospitals, whether using public transport or owning a car.
