About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our South America team. This is an exciting opportunity to sell Zoom's innovative Workplace Platform to existing customers and new leads in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Sales Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling Zoom Workplace Platform to existing customers and new leads in South America.
- Building relationships with C-Suite decision makers and helping them realize the value of their investments.
- Developing and executing sales plans to drive growth and exceed targets.
- Conducting product demonstrations and building strategic messaging.
- Able to travel as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (verbal and written).
- Experience with business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy our hybrid work approach, with offices and remote work environments available. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) matching, and a generous PTO policy.

We're looking for someone with a strong track record of success in Enterprise Sales or Account Management. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is essential for this role.
