Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ICT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Officer. This role is responsible for providing first and second-level ICT support to GroundProbe offices, ensuring that employees have access to reliable and efficient technology systems.

In this position, you will work closely with the Information Systems team to implement IT projects and provide secondary support for Geotechnical Support Services. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining helpdesk ticketing systems, and ensuring that all hardware and software installations meet Service Level Agreement targets.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate technical knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level ICT support for GroundProbe offices
- Assist with IT projects allocated to the Information Systems team
- Secondary support for all Geotechnical Support Services
- Maintain helpdesk ticketing system and ensure Service Level Agreement targets are met
- Conduct employee inductions with regard to the company's ICT Infrastructure and systems

Requirements:
- Intermediate level of technical knowledge in Windows Servers, Active Directory, PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: R$75,200.00 per year
Location: Belo Horizonte - MG: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
