
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support engineer to join our team. As a senior technical support engineer, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer experience and ensuring that our platform remains reliable and efficient.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify systemic issues and develop solutions to improve our platform. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, creating detailed reproduction cases, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality fixes.
Additionally, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and customers, translating complex issues into simple, actionable updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also develop internal and external documentation, FAQs, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides to elevate the entire support process.

Key Responsibilities- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to our platform and integrations
- Root Cause Analysis: Work with engineering and product teams to identify systemic issues and develop solutions
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop internal and external documentation, FAQs, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
- Customer Communication: Translate complex technical issues into simple, actionable updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
