We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in providing second-level support for business applications.

The ideal candidate will have an intermediate command of the English language, basic SQL knowledge, familiarity with ITIL practices, and a desire to grow in the field of IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving them.
  • Analyze and diagnose application problems, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document support activities, issue resolutions, and update application knowledge base.
  • Monitor application performance, ensuring availability and reliability.
  • Assist in the deployment of software updates, patches, and configurations.
  • Evaluate unresolved issues and escalate as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediary proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate / advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
