Job Description:
">This role involves overseeing key responsibilities that drive business growth in Brazil. Market leadership and strategy play a crucial part, where you will analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes to inform strategic decisions.
">You will lead high-performing local teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations. Establishing a strong performance culture and ensuring alignment with global goals and values is also an essential task.
">Your expertise will be utilized to identify and develop key industry verticals and top-tier Brazilian exporters (SMEs and large manufacturers). You will forge partnerships with industry associations, export agencies, and logistics/fintech partners to build a strong ecosystem.
">You will own Brazil's P&L responsibility, including growth targets, sales metrics, user acquisition, and retention KPIs. Implementing data-driven management practices to track performance and optimize ROI is critical.
">You will act as a bridge between Brazil and HQ teams in China and other regions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Providing market insights and feedback to help shape product localization and platform optimization is also an essential task.

- 7+ years of progressive experience in the e-commerce industry or digital B2B trade.">
- A proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Brazil.">
- A strong understanding of the Brazilian export ecosystem, cross-border trade, and digital transformation.">
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and execution-oriented individual.">
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Portuguese is a plus).">
- A Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, International Trade, or related field is preferred.">
