Job Title: Director, Latin America Alliances and Ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach partner ecosystem and sales teams within the Latin America region for field sales engagement.
  • Lead regional business development efforts and manage joint account planning with partners.
  • Develop annual business plans with partners to build mutual pipeline and ensure quarterly reviews and course corrections.
  • Build long-term relationships with partner executives and teams.
  • Manage shared PR and marketing activities across partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferably with a background in channel and partner development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work as part of a team.
  • 7-10 years' experience selling enterprise software directly to end customers or channel development/strategic alliance experience.
