Job Title: Dealer Support Agent-Swedish

Are you a customer service enthusiast with a passion for the automotive industry? Do you have experience in sales, order support, or fleet management? We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dealer Support Agent to join our team at Msx International.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our dealer network, ensuring seamless car handling processes.
  • Support with car handovers, appointments, and documentation, as well as remarketing activities and fleet support.
  • Assist with vehicle orders, deliveries, and registrations, as well as order changes and delivery questions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and sales argumentation skills.
  • High administrative skills and experience in order support, sales support, or fleet support.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a structured manner.
  • Good cooperation skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
