Client Support Specialist

About the Role:

The Trustly Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our Merchant Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and end-users, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client and customer questions or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain ownership of support cases until resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to support requests across various channels, including ticketing systems, public forums, online chat, and social networks.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for 24/7 coverage, providing support to clients and end-users during off-hours.
  • Collaborate with the development team to review new features and client libraries, ensuring seamless integration and minimal support issues.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of documentation to minimize repeating support issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or operations role.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
  • iOS or Android experience (desirable).
  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM (desirable).
