Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies and updating the company's contract control systems.
  • Work in partnership with the HQ and local teams on various legal initiatives including regulatory, litigation, authorizations, tax and other areas.
  • Supervise all aspects of outside counsel relationships as well as contract discussions with business partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors to ensure goal and strategy alignment.
  • Identify, review, analyse and mitigate internal/external legal risks.
Requirements:
  • You hold a Degree in Law and have ideally 2+ years of experience in a relevant position related to contracts.
  • Experience in advisory and basic litigation procedures is preferable.
  • High analytical skills with expertise in interpreting legal topics.
  • Native level Portuguese speaker and writer with very good English skills.
