Native Advertising Specialist

A Paid Media Strategist is needed to drive campaign success and growth in our native media advertising efforts. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute native ad campaigns on platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or Liveintent with speed and accuracy.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative elements, bids, and placements.
- Collaborate with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growth goals.
- Assist in creative testing by suggesting copy iterations, image/video swaps, and tracking results.
- Conduct competitor research and performance audits to identify new testing opportunities.
- Work closely with the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign setup and timely asset delivery.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and update performance trackers regularly to support team productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in native media buying or programmatic advertising, with a focus on performance-driven results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions in a remote work environment.
- Passion for performance marketing and a desire to grow within the finance industry.
