Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Performance and Engagement Manager to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales teams across Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil to maximize success and capability.

As the Sales Performance and Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through ongoing training, structured sales processes, and performance management. You will develop a framework that improves productivity and commercial knowledge across all members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including coaching and training teams. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills across different languages and audience sizes.
