
Latin America Sales Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the Sales Operations function for our Latin America region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, improving processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

- Spearhead the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the design and execution of business cadences, forecasting models, and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and programs that drive business growth and improvement.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, including sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the design and implementation of sales process improvements, including sales force automation, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budget forecasts and financial planning.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and programs.
