Senior Enterprise Account Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional value.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate a comprehensive account strategy while leading a collaborative virtual team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Established ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, as well as other teams.
  • Proven expertise in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the 'bigger picture' of our plans around IT.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
