Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Category Group Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals.

The successful candidate will have experience in supply chain management, procurement, and supplier relationship building. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and optimize operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Negotiate contracts that balance business needs with supplier requirements
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
