Accelerated Sales Program

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Accelerated Sales Program. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in comprehensive training program to learn White Cap's business model, products, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Enter and process customer orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • One to two years of sales or related field experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
Compensation:

The targeted base salary for this position is $60,000 per year, with a starting target of $80,000 per year for variable compensation. Compensation will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data.

For California job seekers, the pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on market data and internal pay practices.
