
Business Development Intern

This internship role offers the opportunity to develop skills in business operations, project management, and strategic planning. The selected candidate will work closely with a cross-functional team to build and execute world-class projects, programs, and solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Perform specific tasks related to the actual department vacancy and perform related duties as required.
- Work closely with the intern leader and other team members to provide value to the assigned role.
- Provide recommendations regarding department-specific projects.
- Support all aspects of the job assignment.
- Assist with implementing new initiatives.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Execute project goals.
- Assist the intern leader with planning and organizing tasks.
- Prepare and present reports as needed.
- Shadow multiple positions and train in various tasks.
- Achieve learning and performance goals agreed upon for the internship.
- Understand and comply with FieldCore work hours, policies, and procedures.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration/HR, or Economics from an accredited university or college.
- Current Junior or Senior classification.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Agile learner; open, proactive, and engaged.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Goal-oriented team player.
- Personal leadership capability.
- Business acumen and understanding of practical business principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Strong interest in technology.
