Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users during on-call periods.
  • Forward critical problems to the Support Manager for resolution after prior analysis.
  • Perform systems maintenance, including checking inconsistencies, creating scripts, and updating system components to fix bugs.
  • Document procedures performed by support teams.
  • Maintain local and remote servers, planning and mitigating risks involved.
  • Administer and perform database maintenance on customer systems.
  • Continuously improve operation and maintenance processes.
  • Offer technical assistance to support and development activities.
  • Train new team members and provide technical support to the on-call team.
  • Analyze complex problems and propose solutions involving networks, operating systems, or databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Minimum four years of experience supporting software users.
  • Experience in SQL, Linux/Unix.
  • Basic experience in Shell Script.
  • Troubleshooting experience with reading logs and using Wireshark.
  • Basic experience in Docker and Docker compose.
