Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Sales Support Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cloud, colocation, and telecom operators to influence customer strategic decisions and drive network deployments.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D leadership to implement and execute strategies for developing new business opportunities in advanced optical cabling systems.
  • Cultivate partnerships with Prysmian's international sales teams to foster business development interactions with strategic customers.
Requirements
  • A degree in electronics, optics, or communication engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry, with technical sales support management and business development experience within a strongly technical organization.
  • Proven ability to identify and create professional networks within data center and telecom ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge in optical networks, data centers, and telecommunications.
  • Excellent leadership, business acumen, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is an asset.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
