Main Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: This involves posting job ads, screening resumes and cover letters, scheduling interviews and supporting campus recruitment activities.
  • Employee Relations: The successful candidate will support the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, manage visa procedures and provide general HR care services to staff members.
  • Training & Development: You will assist in organizing language and onboarding training sessions, track their effectiveness and maintain accurate records of employee progress.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: In this role, you will translate HR documents into various languages, support communication between headquarters and our Brazil office and provide valuable data insights to inform HR projects.

Requirements

  • Languages: Proficiency in advanced English is required, with Chinese being an asset.
  • Education: A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, International Relations or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with HR systems. Internship experience in multinational corporations is highly valued.
  • Qualities: A strong ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments, excellent communication skills, a team-oriented approach and knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations are essential.
