Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to lead our operations in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MULTINATIONAL CLIENTS IN BRAZIL TO EXPLORE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • DEVELOP A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CORPORATE BANKING CAPABILITIES AND EDUCATE CLIENTS ON THEIR BENEFITS.
  • PARTNER WITH HEADQUARTER BANKERS AND PRODUCT SPECIALISTS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND COLLABORATE ON DEAL EXECUTION.
  • CREATE FORWARD-LOOKING BUSINESS PLANS FOR EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.
  • CONDUCT COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY BUSINESS NEEDS THAT CAN BE MET WITH OUR ARRAY OF CORPORATE BANKING PRODUCTS.
  • TURN CLIENT ANALYSIS INTO CONCRETE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS BY WORKING CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • ESCALATE CLIENT NEEDS TO LOCAL AND REGIONAL PRODUCT PARTNERS TO DRIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IDEAS.
  • TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY TO MEET CLIENTS AND HEADQUARTER PARTNERS.
  • LEAD AND DEVELOP A TEAM BY ENCOURAGING TEAMWORK, SETTING A POSITIVE EXAMPLE, AND SUPPORTING THE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OF TEAM MEMBERS.
