Job Opportunity

The Director of Business Development will spearhead growth initiatives across South America, driving the expansion of our airport hospitality portfolio through strategic partnerships and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze regional development targets to update expansion strategies based on PPG's global objectives.
  • Develop new market entry opportunities, including untapped airports or underserved terminals, to drive business growth.
  • Identify and establish key partnerships or acquisitions to increase market presence and provide adequate supply for sales partners and channels.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for leading a team of professionals in identifying potential collaborations to enhance market share and drive business forward.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include successful implementation of expansion strategies, achievement of revenue targets, and maintenance of high-quality customer service standards.
