Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound calls and interacting with prospect mineral owners.

  • Assisting minerals owners throughout the qualifying process.

  • Potential transfer to a non-voice qualifying position or quality control team after onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
">
  • High customer retention rate from previous jobs.
">
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
">
  • Ability to work full-time (40hrs/week).
">
  • Experience using CRM Tools is an advantage.
