As a Territory Sales Lead, you will oversee the overall performance of a geographic area to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with partners to create strategic plans to access new markets and regularly review sales progress.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets set for each product line.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities to develop sales plans that achieve sales goals.
  • Track and report ongoing business results compared to established goals and execute corrective action when necessary.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key account decision-makers.

You will be responsible for delivering client presentations explaining the value proposition of our products and maintaining sales forecasts, customer data, and sales tracking using company CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and minimal supervision required.
  • Customer focus and strong value-selling capabilities.
  • Decision-making and sound judgment.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is required, with an MBA preferred. 10+ years of successful sales experience in SMT or related production equipment is required, along with extensive industry knowledge and experience in value selling.
