This leadership role in Account Management requires a seasoned professional who can set sales strategies aligned with geography strategy and achieve sales goals that drive market share, volume, and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will lead existing customer relationships, identify opportunities, and partner with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to achieving sales and net revenue targets
- Analyze customer business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis
- Design strategies, messaging, and proposals for customers
- Sustain key customer relationships at manager levels
- Collaborate with the account team and customers to plan, execute, and monitor progress against annual business plans
Experience and skills required:
- Comprehensive experience executing and managing sales strategies for medium-sized accounts
- Consistently delivered thoughtful market and business analysis for customer accounts
- Experience with market leaders in the payments industry
- Excellent analytical skills (e.g., cards P&L analysis, financial forecasting, competitive analysis)
- Good presentation skills, written and oral, in English
- Proven ability to develop business relationships
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
