Strategic Enterprise Account Growth Manager

The Senior Sales Account Manager position at Red Hat, Inc. is designed to foster strong relationships with strategic enterprise accounts in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account planning processes to drive growth and expand Red Hat's offerings within key Government Customers.
- Work closely with account solutions architects and sales specialists to identify high-priority projects for Red Hat's solutions.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with senior IT and business executives in key accounts by gaining their trust and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of field sales experience focused on strategic enterprise accounts, preferably within the Public Sector, Northeast-Brazil.
- A background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain.
- Proven track record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solutions sales mentality with multiple offerings and solutions.
- Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
- An excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills.
- Advanced English Level.
