Job Overview
">We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the Intellectual Property team in maintaining efficient operations.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Organize and manage multiple virtual tools of paperwork, including scanning, logging, archiving, or discarding as needed.
- Design and maintain a virtual file room, using filing dividers, folders, and other organizational tools.
- Receive and organize paperwork received from patent offices, legal counsel, or corporate offices, including scanning and uploading documents to our electronic file room and docketing systems.
Requirements
">- Pursuing a degree in Law, Engineering, or Administration with a focus on intellectual property.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively regarding task completion.
