Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to help merchants expand their business into the US marketplace.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, agile, technical, and analytical, with strong time management and project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support high-potential merchants in adopting programs that improve their performance at the marketplace.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that optimize merchant success on Amazon.
  • Post acquisition, build success cases together with accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  • Track business development results, analyze, and interpret reports for your portfolio.
  • Optimize your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
