We are seeking a skilled Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources Team, ensuring the organization's success and performance. This role is responsible for managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefits applications and strategies across all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field, with a passion for numbers and the ability to see the big picture.

In this role, you will help with payroll processes and benefits, answering questions and requests of teammates accurately and on time. You will also be required to meet with relevant stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement compensation and benefits applications and strategies
  • Help with payroll processes and benefits
  • Answer questions and requests of teammates accurately and on time
  • Meet with relevant stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
  • Passion for numbers and ability to see the big picture
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proactive and self-directed individual who takes initiative when necessary
  • Excellent command of English
