Global Compensation and Benefits Expert

Design, implement, and manage global and regional compensation plans to ensure competitive benefits practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions to align compensation and benefits practices with each location's specific characteristics.
  • Develop and implement global and regional compensation plans (base salary, variable pay, incentive plans) and benefits packages that meet business needs while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Manage costs effectively by analyzing programs and proposing efficient capital allocations to maximize ROI without losing competitiveness and employee value.
  • Act as a consultative partner for leaders and HR Business Partners in regions, offering insights on compensation and benefits policies and supporting decisions that impact the global workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulations and best governance practices.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits programs clearly to all levels of the organization, promoting understanding and perceived value among employees.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of salary survey methodologies, compensation plan design, and benefits management.
  • Experience with market research tools and HR systems.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite is essential.
