Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and deliver end-to-end compensation solutions in assigned areas to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
  2. Support program development related to expertise areas to improve employee experiences, balancing function-specific needs and drivers.
  3. Develop and manage project plans to coordinate compensation activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of compensation processes.
  4. Engage with third-party providers to establish, develop, and review services in assigned areas.
  5. Address escalated inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions as applicable.
  6. Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for assigned areas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience with compensation process knowledge, calculations, and documentations.
  • Understanding of time data entry and data flow from Time Attendance specialist to compensation system.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues and provide orientation to global team for issue resolution related to compensation process/projects.
  • Proficiency in working with massive data collection and processing.
  • Understanding of data process flow and requirements based on global master data Workday.
  • Advanced MS Office skills to manage metrics, calculations, and analysis.
  • Fluent English in verbal and written communications to support operations in LA, contact with Global team, and international compensation vendor.
