Leading Compensation and Reward Programs

This role involves leading market-leading reward programs and initiatives, providing research, analysis, and insights to support delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing reward programs, recommending analysis tools, working with HR centers of expertise, and undertaking regular benchmarking.
Key Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits function, especially in compensation benchmarking;
- International experience, working with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and project management discipline, comfortable dealing with ambiguity;
- Good communication skills and presentation skills, able to provide insights beyond data;
- Highly proficient English language skills to support the LATAM market; fluent Spanish is preferred;
