Role Responsibilities

  • Driver Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance driver experience.
  • Process Improvement: Break down big-picture ideas into actionable steps with clear timelines.
  • Product Enhancement: Identify bugs or features to improve driver experience.
  • Marketplace Balance Support: Lead daily issues related to drivers and gas stations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience using data to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of owning initiatives and projects.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • SQL knowledge (optional).
